ADVANCED COMMISSION PAYOUT

For every membership you sell as an Independent Sales Associate, you will automatically earn an $80.00 commission. Anyone who enrolls under your account by Saturday night, you will be paid on the following Friday. MCA pays by Direct Deposit only. You must have a bank account to be paid. Like most companies, mailing out checks is old technology. Please keep in mind, you have no quotas to meet, and you can sell as many  memberships as possible. MCA Associates have been known to sell anywhere from 1-120 Memberships (per week), but more realistic sales numbers are listed below.

ADVANCED OVERRIDE PAYOUT

Every time a person that you have enrolled sells a membership to someone else, MCA will pay you a $6.00 override bonus. As an example, if you were to enroll “John,” you would earn $80.00. If “John” enrolls 3 people during the sales week, then you will earn $6.00 X 3 of John’s enrollments = $18.00. John has just earned you $18.00 for enrolling 3 people. This $6.00 Override is paid out weekly. This is not a monthly bonus.

EARNED OVERRIDE PAYOUT

Whenever you a customer or sales associate pay’s there monthly bill, you will receive an earned override of $0.66. Our customers usually keep there memberships for a very long time, which means you will get paid from that customers monthly bill for a very long time.

TAKING THE NEXT STEP

Once we have processed your membership, you will receive your very own MCA web site, application forms, brochures, training, and a back office for absolutely free. You will receive your membership ID card through the U.S. Mail within 2 weeks, although you will receive your membership ID number immediately after your payment has been processed.

Motor Club of America - Membership Plans - TOTAL SECURITY Plan

MCA TOTAL SECURITY PLAN

Price: $19.95 Per Month

Covers RVs, Motorcycles, Trailers, and vehicle's with a load capacity of 1 ton or greater

Up to 100 miles of towing included to the destination of your choice, not just the nearest service facility

As a member, you may enroll, free of charge, in one of three Accidental Death coverage's to suit your needs

1. You, as named member, up to $50,000
2. You and your spouse, up to $25,000 each, plus job retraining is available for surviving spouse in many cases
3. You for up to $30,000, your spouse for up to $15,000, and your children up to $3,500 each. Optional benefits include job retraining for surviving spouse, continuing child care and continuing education support.

The coverage election form must be completed and returned to our corporate office before coverage goes into effect.

When the unexpected happens, rest assured knowing that MCA has you covered. Regardless of what the case is, rely on MCA to deliver peace of mind when you need it the most.

The membership plans from Motor Club of America provide the service you deserve, and the peace of mind you most desperately want when the unexpected occurs at home, on the road or at the job. Your coverage is not only limited to roadside assistance, but you also have the added assurance of personal accidental coverage, emergency room benefits, discounts on prescription drugs, dental care and vision care. Help is literally a phone call away.

MCA provides top notch customer service and a variety of packages to best suit your needs and budget. When you join MCA, you are in good company…over 7,000,000 motorists rely on MCA’s 86 years of experience to protect them.

When you purchase a Security plan from MCA, your coverage begins 24 hours after your payment has been processed. As a member, you're never locked into a contract. Members are welcome to cancel their accounts at anytime, without any hidden or cancellation fees. Full refunds are granted within 72 hours, and half refunds are granted within 30 days of activating your membership. 

COVERAGE FEATURES

UNLIMITED Security Roadside Assistance

As a member of our Security plan, you will receive unlimited roadside assistance, unlike our competitors which will only provide you 2-4 service calls per year. Unlimited roadside assistance means 1 service call per day throughout the entire year. If we're unable to get your 4 wheel passenger vehicle back on the road safely, it will be towed to the nearest service facility. You will also receive unlimited lockout service, unlimited fuel delivery, unlimited tire changing, and unlimited battery boosting.

As a member of our Security plan, you will not have to pay out of pocket with reimbursement hold times unless you prefer to have your vehicle towed to the destination of your choice. All you do is sign the required paperwork and your good to go. Our unlimited roadside service protects you, not your vehicle. What that means is no matter who's vehicle you're driving, you can always give us a call if you need assistance.

By upgrading to our Total Security plan, MCA will also pay up to $100.00 to provide Emergency Road Service on RVs, Motorcycles, Trailers, and vehicle's with a load capacity of 1 ton or greater. With our Total Security plan, you may also have your 4 wheel passenger vehicle towed to anywhere you desire, not just the nearest service facility.

Travel Assistance Reimbursement
When a members vehicle is disabled in an auto accident, Motor Club of America will reimburse up to $500.00 for a rental car, lodging, or meals if the incident happened more than 50 miles away from the registered home address on your account. To be reimbursed, simply give us a call to receive your claim form, and submit the required information to us within 90 days.

Planning and Travel Reservations

MCA offers free and easy to read, step by step computerized mapping services free of charge to our members. Simply fill out a Travel information card or give us a call. This includes places of interest, resort, motel and hotel information found along your route. You also have a one-stop reservation service for airline travel, car rental, and hotel discounts.

Arrest Bonds

Your Motor Club Membership card may be used in lieu of cash bail up to $500.00 when involved in a traffic violation. Although this certificate will be accepted in many states, in some states arrest bond certificates are not acceptable. In Maryland the certificate is acceptable for $1,000.00, and in other states they are accepted for lesser amounts than $500.00. Simply give us a call at the toll free number located on the back of your membership card to receive the assistance you need.

Bail Bonds

MCA will arrange up to a $25,000.00 bond to release you from incarceration if you're driving a vehicle and charged with a moving traffic law violation such as vehicular manslaughter or auto related negligent homicide. Simply call the toll-free number on the back of your membership card to receive assistance. Our legal department will provide the best assistance possible to release you from incarceration.

Attorney Fees

Motor Club of America will pay up to $2,000.00 for your attorney to defend you against police charges resulting from driving your covered auto:

• 1. Up to $200.00 for covered moving violations (non-criminal)
• Up to $500.00 covered auto related personal injury matters
• Up to $500.00 covered vehicle damage issues
• Up to $2,000.00 covered negligent homicide | vehicular manslaughter

Stolen Vehicle Reward

MCA will pay a $5,000.00 reward to the law enforcement agency or individual responsible for providing the accurate information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person(s) responsible for the crime. The reward is not payable to you, your family, or other members on your MCA membership account.

Credit Card Protection

Identity theft has become more prevalent. If you ever become a victim, MCA will cover financial losses of up to $1000.00 plus work with you to help you recover from the act.

Hotel | Rental Car | RX | Vision | Dental

Our discount card is an easy way to help you and your family receive discounts on all of your Prescription, Vision, Dental needs, Hotel, and Rental Car needs. You received a unique membership card allowing you to receive up to:

• 65% discount on prescriptions at the most popular pharmacies
• 50% off dental procedures
• 50% off eye wear and eye exams
• 50% off rental cars at all of the most popular rental car agencies
• 15% off major hotel and motel chains

Emergency Reimbursement Benefits

Members receive up to $500.00 in emergency cash for Emergency Room or Trauma Center treatment. This benefit will only be covered due to injury in a covered accident. Includes up to $100.00 in cost for each of the following:

• Cast or Splints
• Ambulance Service
• Anesthetics
• X-Rays
• ER Facility

Daily Hospital Benefit

Receive up to $54,750.00 in hospital cash benefits. That means as a member, you will receive $150.00 per day beginning the first day you are hospitalized as a result of a covered accident. MCA will cover your hospital stay up to 365 consecutive days. Once discharged, you have up to 90 days to file a claim.

Accidental Death Benefit

As a member, you may enroll, free of charge, in our $10,000 Accidental Death Coverage. You may upgrade to our Total Security package to receive additional coverage up to $50,000.

Motor Club of America was founded by Mr. William W. Green, who was born in 1900 in Atlantic City, NJ. In 1926, Mr. Green became the Chief Executive Officer of Motor Club of America (and its former subsidiary Motor Club of America Insurance Company) up until 1986. During his tenure with Motor Club of America (MCA), William Green along with his family continued to grow Motor Club of America within the United States of America.

Virgil Coffee, a Texas native, began his career in the Motor Club business as well as marketing in the 1960′s. Virgil Coffee was the marketing arm for Pre-Paid Legal and wrote the marketing plan that propelled the company to a success. Virgil Coffee also had a backround in the sporting good industry, and co-owned 5 retail stores throughout Texas. Virgil Coffee sold his share of the company and moved to Oklahoma to sell memberships for another Motor Club company. During his seventeen year tenure with that company, Virgil worked his way up to the Presidency of that company, but eventually in 1987, Virgil Coffee started his own company known today as TVC Marketing Associates, Inc. The company continued to grow over the next 25 + years. TVC stands for “Truckers Voice in Court, which did just what the name implies. TVC provided court representation for truckers in motor related incidents.

1970′s – Mr. David Kircher became President of Motor Club of America and continues to hold the title as president.

1989 – TVC Marketing Associates, Inc. owner Virgil Coffee (father of Oklahoma Senator Glenn Coffee) began his joint ownership of Motor Club of America.

1996 – David Kircher became MIS Director and Chief Operations Officer for TVC Marketing Associates, Inc . TVC is the parent company of MCA.

Virgil Coffee also worked for Pre-Paid Legal Services (currently known as Legal Shield) through his company TVC Marketing. Through his tenure (7 years), his marketing techniques created a 4 digit percentage gain in earnings for his company. His years of experience with marketing and providing products for automotive customers led him to continue the legacy of Motor Club of America.

The TVC Pro-Driver packages have been available for decades for truckers, and over time the focus was developed for the common motorist. This continued to grow to provide services not jut related to the typical roadside assistance, but more benefits were added including travel assistance, discounts, emergency room cost assistance, credit card protection, legal services, and much more.

2011 – A specific set of packages were developed in 3 levels known as Security Memberships. These memberships (MCA Security, MCA Security Plus, and the flagship membership, MCA Total Security) had an increasing number of benefits available for all residents of the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico. These packages provide services as well as an affiliate referral program which give Sales Associates of the company an opportunity to earn referral bonus income for bringing business to the company.

In September of 2012, more benefit plans were released. Our Total Security Gold and Total Security Platinum plans we're finally released to the public, and are the newest edition to Motor Club of America. These plans provide even more benefits to our original Total Security plan such as additional legal benefits and auto related service discounts at over 6,000 auto repair and service centers nationwide. These discounts range from 10% to 50% off. The Total Security Platinum Plan also offers additional medical discounts. To conclude, the origin and summary of the organization, Motor Club of America and TVC Marketing are cooperative joint ventures. David Kircher is the President of Motor Club of America, and Virgil Coffee is the President and owner of TVC Marketing Associates, Inc. The combination of both organizations, along with our Independent Contractor position, which has thousands of people working from home, has taken MCA and TVC to new heights in the Motor Club industry.
